Bouquet: The scent is intense, stands out the one of sultanas.
Taste: Upon tasting, an enveloping and intoxicating delicate apricot is immediately perceived, slightly acidulous, savory, not excessively sweet and very, very persistent. Floral notes of acacia are also to be sought. The tannic note is light. All its sweetness is natural, the result of the long drying of the grapes – also natural – and the aging in barrique for 13 years.
